How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €3.95 within the EU .
Shipping is free for orders over €45.
What are the return conditions?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hoolastore.com . After our confirmation, you will receive a return label and detailed instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior notification.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, as we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
When will I receive my order?
In the spirit of sustainability and with the goal of reducing waste, we only produce orders as soon as they are received, which usually takes about 1-3 business days.
Once your order is ready, we ship it with DHL Global Mail from our partner facility in Lithuania. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days . Delivery times may vary slightly depending on volume or global delays. Unfortunately, we don't have the resources of giants like Amazon, but we take great care to ensure your package arrives safely and undamaged.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the shipping status. Please allow up to 2 days for the system to update the tracking information.
My order was delivered according to the tracking information, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
We recommend that you first contact the delivery company directly to obtain further information about your package. Please also check whether it has been left with a neighbor or in a safe place.
If you still can't find your package, please contact us. We will investigate the case together with the delivery company. If it is determined that the package was lost or delivered to the wrong address and cannot be found, we will be happy to resend your order or refund your money. In some cases, it may be advisable to place a new order at the same time to avoid a long wait.
I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately if you notice any errors in the delivery details.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the information.
- If the order has already been shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
If the delivery address is incorrect and the shipment cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to us. If it isn't returned to us, you must contact the delivery company directly. If the package is returned to us, we will be happy to resend it – please note that in this case, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
